Wayseer

Refund policy

A full refund, for any reason, within 14 days.

This covers every Wayseer license you buy: a first purchase, seats added later, and each yearly renewal.

Last changed 4 October 2026

What you can get back

Within 14 days of any charge, you may ask for a full refund of that charge, for any reason. That is true of a first purchase, of seats added during the year, and of each automatic renewal. You don't need to say why.

How to ask

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and issues refunds to the way you paid. Ask through the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to us at [email protected] with the email address you bought with, and we will have Paddle refund you. A refund usually reaches you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to the license

A refunded purchase's license ends: its keys are revoked, and releases built after that refuse them. Renewed keys are sent 15 days after a renewal charge, once this window has passed, so a refunded renewal's keys are never sent, and the keys you had keep covering the releases they did.

After 14 days

After 14 days a charge isn't refunded. You may cancel a subscription at any time, from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us: no further renewal is charged, and your keys keep working on every release they already cover. Before each renewal, we email you its date and total 30 to 60 days ahead, so you can cancel first.

The EU and UK withdrawal right

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. At checkout you ask for your keys to be delivered at once and agree that this right ends once they are; the email with your keys confirms it. This policy still gives you the same 14 days, for any reason, and nothing here removes a right the law of your country gives you.
